Crack Chicken Parmesan Bacon

If you love bacon and cheese your love these little beauties. Perfect for dinner or lunch.

Ingredients


1/2 lb bacon, diced
10 oz frozen cauli-rice
2 cups cooked chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella
4 eggs
1/2 cup cheesy garlic parmesan dressing
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt & pepper
1/2 cup shredded colby cheese

Instructions

Put bacon in pan and cook until crisp. Add cauli-rice and saute until tender.

Mix in chicken and remove from heat. Slowly add mozzarella until combined.

Dump into a greased 9x9 dish.

Whisk together eggs, cream, garlic parmesan dressing, and S&P. Pour over chicken mixture in pan.

Top with colby cheese. Bake covered at 220° for 25 minutes.

Remove cover and broil an additional 5 minutes. Let sit 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
