Preheat the oven to 220°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then add cheddar cheese, melted butter, almond flour, baking powder, and garlic powder. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Use a large spoon to scoop the dough onto a baking sheet. This recipe should make 10 smaller biscuits or 8 large ones. Top with optional chopped parsley.
Bake cheddar biscuits in the oven for 15 minutes.
